Scope
These terms apply to the use of this website and to estimates and work requested from Five Star Trucking, a service-area business operating out of San Antonio, Texas.
Estimates
Estimates are provided free of charge and carry no obligation. Estimates are given in person, after a walkthrough of the property, and are based on the conditions observed at the time of that visit.
If conditions change after an estimate is given, the estimate may need to be revised. Any change will be discussed with you before additional work is performed.
Scheduling
Work is scheduled after an estimate has been provided and accepted. Scheduling depends on current workload and on conditions at the site. If a scheduled date needs to change, you will be contacted directly.
Business hours are Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Closed Sunday.
Site Access
You are responsible for making sure the crew can access the work area on the scheduled date, including access adequate for a skid steer and a dump truck. Where access is limited, raise it during the estimate so it can be planned for.
Payment
Five Star Trucking accepts cash, check, and credit card. Credit card payments are processed through a third-party mobile payment application. Payment terms for a specific job are agreed on directly as part of that job.
Service Area
Five Star Trucking is a service-area business with no location open to the public. Demolition, land clearing, concrete removal, and material delivery are available across San Antonio and the surrounding area. Hauling is generally limited to San Antonio and the immediate surrounding area. Availability outside these areas is determined case by case.
Photographs of Completed Work
Five Star Trucking photographs jobs in progress and after completion, and may use those photographs on this website, on its Google Business Profile, and in advertising. If you would prefer that photographs of your property not be used, let us know before work begins.
Use of This Website
The content on this site is general information about the services offered. It is not a quote, a scope of work, or a commitment to perform work at a particular price or on a particular timeline. The estimate you receive after a walkthrough governs your specific project.
