Do I Need a Permit for Demolition in San Antonio?
Permit requirements depend on the type and location of the structure being removed. We review the project during the estimate and can identify whether permitting or other requirements apply.
How Much Does Demolition Cost?
Demolition pricing depends on the structure, access, materials, amount of debris, and disposal requirements. We provide free on-site estimates rather than quoting projects sight unseen.
Do You Haul Away the Demolition Debris?
Yes. Debris removal and hauling can be included as part of the demolition project.
Do You Remove Concrete?
Yes. We remove driveways, patios, sidewalks, slabs, foundations, pads, block, brick, and other concrete or masonry materials.
Do You Provide Land Clearing?
Yes. We provide lot clearing, brush removal, fence-line clearing, property cleanup, and light site preparation.
Do You Deliver Dirt and Aggregate?
Yes. We provide dump truck delivery for materials such as fill dirt, base, gravel, sand, and topsoil.
Do You Provide Free Estimates?
Yes. We provide free estimates for our demolition, concrete removal, land clearing, and hauling services.
Are You Licensed and Insured?
Yes. Five Star Trucking is a licensed contractor with the City of San Antonio and is fully insured.
Do You Work With Contractors?
Yes. We work with general contractors and other construction professionals as well as homeowners and property owners.
What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
Cash, check, and credit card. Card payments are processed on site through a mobile payment app.
What Are Your Hours?
Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Closed Sunday.
Do You Have an Office or Yard I Can Visit?
No. We are a service-area business, so estimates and work happen at your property.
